Visit: https://id.nadra.gov.pk
2.
Create an Account and then login. If you already have an
existing account, you can login using your email and password.

Click on “Accept and Continue”

Click on “New Application”

Enter the CNIC Number of Applicant

Enter issuance date of ID Card
10. Click on "Verify" (If you have correctly written CNIC number
and issuance, date system will verify it with no error, otherwise, it may show
an error).
11. Select the Certificate Type "
12. Upload applicant’s Photo, by first clicking browse button, locating & selecting the photo and by clicking the upload button. Click on “Save”.

If applicant’s photo meets the requirement, system will display “Your photo meets the specification”. However, in case the photo does not meet the requirement, an error may appear

13. Add all the family members one by one. Enter CNIC number under the section of "Member Citizen number", and select his/her relation with applicant and click on “Add member”. In this way, add all the family members and their relations as well. One, you have added all the family members, click on “Verify my family”.

If you have added CNIC number and their relations correctly and have not skipped anyone, system will successfully verify all the family members and following message will appear “Your family is verified successfully. Please click on save button below to continue”. Then Click on “Save”.

14. Pay the required fee. Tick mark on “I have read and accepted the payment terms and conditions” Click on “Accept and Continue”.

Enter the required “Billing information”, like first name, last name, email, country, state, city, postal/ zip code, street and click on “Next”.

Enter Credit Card or Debit Card information and click on “Confirm and pay”.

You may be asked to select on option for receiving one time OTP on your registered contact information. Just select the relevant one like email, SMS or both.

Once, you have received OTP, put it in the required field i.e “Enter
OTP” and click on “Submit”.

Enter your card information accurately, otherwise payment fill not be successful. After successful payment, a message will appear displaying “Thank you for your payment. You have successfully paid your application”.

15. See Applicant and
family members details.

16. Upload Photographs of minor/minors
(Applicable in case, where minors are also in family). The name and ID
number of minor / family member will be displayed and you have to select one by
one to upload the photographs of each minor. Once photograph or photographs
of minors are uploaded, same can be viewed by clicking on “view photograph” to
confirm that correct photo has been uploaded of a particular minor. Click

17. Next step is to download “Data Acquisition Form” and then to upload it. Click on "Download form"
Be noted, Data Acquisition must be filled, thumb impressed, scanned and uploaded correctly as per guidelines of NADRA. If Data Acquisition Form is uploaded, a message will appear displaying that same has been uploaded. You can also view the uploaded Data Acquisition Form, by clicking on “view document”. 18. Review all the information including photographs.

19. If all information is
correct, checkmark all the boxes and
then click on “submit application”.

20. After submission, a message will appear showing “You have successfully submitted your application. Your Tracking ID is xyz”

How many ways are available to apply for FRC?
There are two ways to apply for FRC, first (1) Online by visiting https://id.nadra.gov.pk/ and second one is by visiting NADRA office personally.
Is there any difference in fee exist when applying for FRC Online or by visiting NADRA office?
No, FRC fee remains the same either you apply online or by visiting NADRA office in person.
Does Photographs of all the family members are required to be uploaded?
No, the photograph of applicant as well as photographs of all the minors is required to be uploaded. If there is no minor in family, then photograph of only applicant is required to be uploaded.
Can a minor apply for FRC?
No, a minor cannot apply for FRC being applicant. The applicant should be major. However, minor can be added during filling the data in FRC application.
Can a POC holder apply for FRC?
Yes. A POC holder can apply for FRC. Be noted, a POC holder should be the main applicant to the application for FRC and he can add other family members in FRC who has CNIC numbers.
Is Data Acquisition Form is mandatory requirement for applying for an FRC?
Yes, Data Acquisition Form is mandatory requirement for FRC. You can not continue your online application without uploading Data Acquisition Form.
Can you modify date of birth when applying online for an FRC?
No, at the time of applying for FRC online, you cannot modify date of birth of any family member. For that, you have to apply in modification of your ID card.
Can you change spellings of name when applying online for an FRC?
Yes, you can correct the spellings of name in English where edit option is available. You are not allowed to change the entire name.
Is it possible to get FRC within 20 minutes of applying online?
Yes, it is possible that you can get an FRC within 20 minutes of applying for an FRC online but this does not happen in each case.
