It is requested that the applicant
intends to apply for succession Certificate / Letter of Administration regarding
movable and immovable properties of deceased father Sheikh Rehan Ahmed,
CNIC No. 61101-445511151-6 who died on
My application for issuance of succession certificate / Letter of Administration
cannot be processed due to following reason.
"One of
the legal heir namely Sheikh Ahmed Bin Zayad is minor, aged about 5 years"
Hence the applicant requires Decline Certificate.
In view of
above, it is therefore requested to please issue a decline certificate to the
applicant so that competent court could be approached.
