Before mentioning the requirements, I would like to clarify in what circumstances, Succession Certificate may be needed and in what circumstances, letter of Administration is needed.

Succession Certificate is designed for the legal heirs of a deceased, entitling them to get their respective inherited shares in movable assets of deceased like Cash amount in Bank account, National Saving Certificates, Behbood Saving Certificates, Pension Amount in Bank or any other movable assets of deceased.

However, Letter of Administration is also designed for legal heirs of a deceased but this document entitles the legal heirs to transfer the immovable properties of a deceased in their own favour to the extent of their respective inherited shares.
