Which NADRA Office should you go for Succession Certificate & Letter of Administration?
First, consider the following three things (1) Place of Death of deceased (2) Place of residence of deceased before his/her death (3) Place/location of movable and immovable properties of deceased. You can apply to any designated NADRA office located in any of the said three places.
If deceased was having properties in different provinces of Pakistan, in such case which NADRA office you can approach for succession certificate/ Letter of Administration?
If deceased was having multiple properties in multiple cities, in such case, you can file separate applications in each province on the basis of jurisdiction. However, if you are not interested in filing multiple applications in multiple provinces, you can file application for decline certificate mentioning the reason to any NADRA Succession Facilitation Unit having jurisdiction. After obtaining decline certificate, you can approach to court, the decision of the court will be acceptable everywhere.
